This community includes all the groups within the surgical division as of April 2020. Including: Critical Care Services; Cardiology/Cardiothoracic Services; Surgical and Patient Services; Ophthalmology; Womens and Neonatal Group; Trauma and Orthopaedics Group; Head and Neck Group.
This community includes all the groups within the emergency and medical services division as of April 2020. Including: patient access group; rehabilitation and ambulatory group; medical group; emergency services group; oncology and haematology group.

This community includes all those departments that provide generic clinical services across the trust, for example nursing and infection prevention.
This community includes all the non-clinical departments within the trust, for example education and training, library services, finance and governance.
This community includes radiation protection and safety, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, bone densitometry, radiotherapy, medical electronics, medical engineering, surgical instruments and computing.
Set up in October 2018, the BCPS is a partnership of neighbouring trusts in providing pathology services across the Black Country. The four partners are: Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust; The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust; The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust.
The NIHR CRN West Midlands covers the areas of Shropshire, Staffordshire, County of the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire. The network is hosted by the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.
Much of the research which takes place at the RWT is a collaborative effort between staff and researchers who work for the our partners in Higher Education. These partners have their own research repositories.
